Adam joined New York Life in 2017 and set the tone immediately, earning Rookie of the Year in his first year. By 2018, he led the Roanoke office in life case rate and finished Top 20 nationally among new-organization agents—early proof of elite performance.

Promoted to Partner in 2019, Adam quickly separated himself as a leader who builds results and people. In his first full year, he was named New Partner of the Year for the South Central Zone, with his team finishing #1 in the zone for highest average paid life cases per agent. He followed that with the Leading Partner Award in 2021, finishing Top 25 nationally among all Partners.

In 2022, Adam delivered at the highest level—earning Partner of the Year for the South Central Zone, achieving Top First Prior Class Production companywide, finishing #3 nationally, and leading double-digit recruiting. He was promoted to Senior Partner in 2023 and has continued to drive strong production, recruiting, and development results through 2024 and 2025. This is success earned him promotion as Managing Partner in 2026 to Richmond, VA.
